The short, honest version.
This page covers the bff.so website and its waitlist. The BFF app will have its own privacy policy, published before launch.
Last updated: 3 October 2026
What we collect
When you join the waitlist we store:
- your email address,
- the language of the page you used,
- the apps you picked, if any (GLP-1, Supplements, Lab),
- your country, as reported by our hosting provider from your connection,
- the page you came from (the referrer), and the date.
We do not store your IP address. This website uses no analytics, advertising or tracking cookies.
Why we collect it
To email you when BFF is ready, and to understand which parts of BFF people are most interested in. We do not sell this information and we never share it with advertisers.
Where it lives
The site and the waitlist database are hosted by Cloudflare. Our fonts are served by Google Fonts, which, like any web server, receives your IP address when your browser loads them.
How long we keep it
Until you ask us to remove it, or until we no longer need it for the waitlist, whichever comes first.
Your choices
You can ask us to see, correct or delete your information at any time by writing to hello@bff.so. You also have the right to complain to your local data protection authority.
